How to compress files

  1. Run Compression Wizard using the Start menu.

  2. Click Next twice.

  3. Select a file name to save your compressed file as, then click Save.

  4. Click each folder that you would like to compress, then check Compress. Also check subfolders as well if you would like to compress the subfolders of the selected folder.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click Add Files to select individual files to add. You may also click Remove to no longer add individual files that you previously selected, or click Clear List to add no individual files at all.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Follow the on-screen instructions.
