Inside Windows Explorer, select the collection of files and folders which you would like to add to an existing archive. Then drag the entire selection on top of the archive you wish to add them into. The cursor will change into a plus (+) sign. Release the mouse button, and your target archive will be updated to contain the newest files and folders you dragged into it!
It's that easy!
