Archive Places function as a common repository for all your archives. You may immediately access any archive that is inside your Archive Places and work with it.
Archive Places contain links to archives inside your Archive Folders. These places can be single folders, or a collection of folders organized by categories. The folders can be on your computer or anywhere on your network, providing instant access to virtually any important location for keeping archives.
Keeping your Archive Places up to date will allow you to perform many useful functions with minimal effort. For instance, you can search your entire computer for files inside archives. You can check your Archive Places for incoming archives or new packages on the corporate network. You can perform operations on all your archives in one step if they are inside your Archive Places.
